I've failed to get a treatment the last few times - even when flying FIRST and arriving 3.5hours beforehand.

You can always ask if the B gate spa has availability - quite often they wont mention it at the main galleries spa but they will phone and check for you.

It does mean if you're flying FIRST you have to leave the concorde room early but you can always use the standard lounge at B gates which arent too bad.
