Tuesday, 11:42 a.m. I'm at SGS looking out my window at a beautiful day. Mostly sunny, simply gorgeous. Yes, I know, that today's weather is nice has nothing to do with the flooding; but it is nice. I believe that traffic was light yesterday (Monday) because Sunday was a minor Buddha holiday so many people took Monday as a day off from work. I expect to be here for the duration, so I'll report from the ground here as there is something to report.
