Not sure if you guys are experiencing site issues, but I am told that the site is running slower than a one-legged turtle. The EK IT team are working overtime.
Some of the issues I'm experiencing are to do with Manage Your Booking. The site allows you to retrieve the booking, but you cant go any further (ie into seat selection etc)
Skywards.com has also had some outages - and apparently it's Skywards which is causing the issues over on EK.com (not sure why, maybe it's a database issue)
And for those who have been keeping up with the Flex versus Saver issue (and being able to buy a flex fare online) a little bird told me it's not far away. Either by the end of this month or mid next. How do I know? I've seen a screen shot of the new homepage
