Indeed, the only times I was able to move flights on QF was when on flexible tickets (our old corp fares booked into K, yay), but never if on a cheap fare and it was my issue.

NZ on the other hand have allowed me to make changes on inflexible fares in the past, but always clearly that it was an exception/favor for a *E.
