I have to agree that the staff of the spas seems to not really give a da..n! The attitude I've experienced is that I am bothering them by asking for an appointment and then showing up for the appointment. That said, the treatments, IMHO, are enjoyable and I love the massage monster chair - my back quit aching for a week the last time! Have been pricing them for home!

The entire spa extra is okay and it would be enhanced greatly if the spa staff were a bit less bothered by providing the services!
