This is clearly a bigger issue than can be easily resolved here - if you haven't already, you need to be writing certified letters to US Airways management detailing your concerns and outlining how you would like them resolved.
I'm not sure how much assistance anyone on here can provide, but I'm sure we'd be happy to proofread any letter(s) before you send them to help ensure they're concise, relevant, and devoid of emotion. If you do decide to post a letter on here for review, please be sure to omit your personal details and do not post the full names of any US employees.
