Methinks you should contact a TA in MAA or India to check on the local fares. Checking an outside online travel portal may not result in the best fare suggestions.

Thanks both of you. Yes, for the future, I will have to find a TA based in MAA and ticket from there.

Also, yes I only see full-Y fares when i look online in the US or on cx.com.
