The last two times I flew out of the C terminal at DFW this month, I purposely went to the C30 security entrance.

No luck either time, even though the "Known Traveler" is checked in my AA account profile and my CBP Global Entry number is there (I input the GE # when I opted in and don't know how else AA would have it).

I'll give it another try when I fly out later this week, but if it still doesn't work, I'm thinking I'll just stick to the security entrance closest to my departure gate.

For those that are getting the "LLL" when your BP is scanned, are you seeing the "Known Traveler" checked when you look at the passenger details in the Reservation (under "My Reservations"), as well? Although I see the Known Traveler in the account profile, I haven't seen it in the respective reservations' passenger detail. Not sure if that's the problem...
