Question regarding Delayed Baggage
Sorry -- I'm sure this is posted somewhere, but I couldn't find the answer when I searched.
Does Delta have a standard "I'm sorry" gesture for delayed bags? My bag was delayed about 18 hours. Are they going to automatically throw some skymiles my way for the trouble, or do I have to be the squeaky wheel?
(I'm not sure whether or not I will complain, as it looks like they will shell out $$$ for clothes we had to buy while waiting for the bag to arrive.)
