Further to SC 28-2003, there are further flight changes in Apr and May 03. The affected flights are listed in Table 1.

SIA is re-accommodating all affected passengers on alternative SQ flights. As passengers may prefer to be re-accommodated on other flight, please assist them in reservations on alternate flights should need arises.

The procedures to handle affected passengers are:

Passengers with booked segment

Agents to: i Advise passengers of the flight change.
ii Rebook on other SQ services according to passengers’ travel requirements.

Passenger with ticketed segment on destinations with reduced frequency or destinations where services are suspended

Agents to: i Advise passengers of the flight cancellation.
iia Reissue on re-accommodated SQ services, or
iib Reissue on other SQ services according to passengers’ travel requirements with additional collection where applicable, or
iic Process a refund for the tickets through BSP if passengers choose to cancel his travel. SQ will waive the refund administration fee, for tickets issued on/before 16 Apr 03 for the affected flights. To enjoy the waiver of refund administration fee, refunds must be made through BSP by 28 Apr 03.

Flight schedules may be subject to changes without notice. Kindly ensure that your staff check the CRSs for the latest flight schedules and details before advising passengers.
