I'm flying YYZ-NRT-SGN on the 27th, if there is room in EX/FIRST, does anyone know how much it costs to pay for the YYZ-NRT upgrade ?

Then flying onwards with Air Japan to SGN. Has anyone tried to buy an upgrade for that flight with Air Japan, and what the cost is?
