Interesting...but since I am based in the US and my main objective is top tier status *benefits* (not just *G amenities) from the carrier I fly most (UA) how would LH SEN status help me? I assume I would not receive SWUs, HK49s or anything like that from LH. My thinking in using SQ for most of my paid C and F international travel is that (a) the product is better and (b) can effectively build top status on 2 carriers at once. Interested to hear Gaucho's response. TIA.
