Swiss BALLY First Class Kit a Fake?
A friend of mine listed several of these Kits on ebay Germany with the headline
"Swiss Air First Class BALLY Amenity Kit Kulturbeutel NEU"

Ebay closed the auctions and sent an email with the reason:
"Es ist auf eBay verboten, nicht genehmigte Repliken und Fälschungen von Markenprodukten anzubieten, da es sich um eine Markenrechtsverletzung handelt." - translated: It is forbidden to offer not authorized replica and fakes of branded products....."

Are the Kits and the contents a fake?
