CO and LX are the only options worth considering TATL if you are looking for hard product to be honest.

If you are looking for soft product (especially food), the best options TATL are OS and TK (Both catered by Do & Co ^^^)

I can't speak for TAPC, since I never would route that way from PVD...

Personally, my favorite option is to fly TK.
