Hi has anyone else experienced this? I booked an award North Asia-Europe-US in First and was charged 80K miles even though the chart says 70k miles. I was told becasue Europr-Asia is 80K and it's more then to US that's why. I've never had this ahppen before. I've booked a few US-South Asia via Europe and not had this happen before. One was booked a month ago and the other 2 months ago.

Anyone know if this is a new policy, I sopke with 2 agents and they both said that this is no a new policy and before I get too upset about this wanted to what others thought.
