Maybe someone can straighten something out...

I know that tickets booked in V, Q, G, and N classes are not entitled to earn miles on SQ or *A and other partners. However, I was looking through my *A Products and Services Guide (thanks kempis!) under the booking class alignment section and it lists SQ economy booking classes as:

Y, B, M, H, Q, X, N, V, W, E, G, K, T, S

I know that *A have generally aligned economy award redemption fares to X class, so clearly this does not earn miles. This still leaves the following classes which should, in theory, earn miles, although these are much further down the list:

W, E, K, T, S

Are these fares generally not available or otherwise restricted?

I've done a serach but cannot find any explanation. Apologies if this has been addressed (maybe someone can direct me to the thread).
