my wife puts the address of the bag's destination on it. the delivery guys for the two day late bags do not have scanners in their vehicles. i do not know if they use this information. i would guess we have only had delayed luggage delivered to our hotel 10-20 times.

on one deal from BA from LHR, the delivery person had a pretty big truck, and looked like a hundred bags. took 4 days to reach us.(oxford st is a long way from lhr)
