I tried to re-'search' this but can't seem to get a clear answer on the boards or from Continental. Is EWR-SJU considered an International flight for purposes of PC access for a platinum? I have gotten differing answers from OPCS. I know it is not an International flight for purposes of ID (i.e. no passport needed), but for ticketing purposes it says it is an international flight and there is a part of the CO website that states "PR and the USVI are considered international for purposes of accessing United clubs".

Can someone unconfuse this issue for me?
