Would you install Hertz Neverlost in MB E350?
I was thrilled to pay for an Impala in MIA and find a Mercedes-Benz E350 in my space. But boy was it weird to find a Hertz NeverLost in this car. This vehicle comes with a native Nav system whose screen is larger than the Neverlost and whose controls are easy to learn. I've rented from Hertz enough times that I'm "familiar" with the NeverLost, but after a three minute learning curve I strongly preferred the MB system and used it exclusively for the duration of my 3-day rental. Meanwhile, the NeverLost kept starting on its own, so I repeatedly turned it off.
I think it's obvious why they installed this unit (customers don't want to learn a new NAV device and if you book NeverLost you should GET NeverLost) but still it seemed kinda silly.
