DonŽt get me wrong, the Pen is a great hotel and clearly 5 star. However, given all the good things weŽd heard about it, we were disappointed with the service which we found far less personal and professional than at the Mandarin. And regarding the latter, we did not find it theatrical at all, just personal and warm.
