Room 346 at The Equinox Resort in Vermont is supposedly haunted too. We requested this room in advance of a visit last December and it was reserved for us. However, we did not experience anything unusual during the stay.
I was at Equinox last week, and the Falcon Bartender told me the 2nd floor hall is haunted by the ghost of a boy carrying a box. I stayed on 2nd floor without incident, but can certainly imagine it happening.
