If you know BKK at all, I rode the skytrain from end to end on both routes today and saw no flooding on either route. The river is really high though. The was minimal boat traffic moving. No barges. Only long tails and shuttles.

Dining terraces such as the Oriental are only about 1-2 feet above the level of the river right now.
