Hi this is my first post, so please be patient if I dont use all the right abbreviations.

I was very impressed by the clarity and promptness of the Nicci's responses to the various questions, which in part has prompted me to join.

I'd like to think I was the sort of pax BA have targetted the Bronze tier at, several UK/USA work trips a year, in WT+ if poss, plus a number of business/holiday trips and trying to get to see the rest of my family in Australia on a regular basis. I've been Silver, dropped to Blue, suffered the frustration of missing Silver again by 5 tier points etc. I work for a small (< 10staff) UK company so travel budget is very tight and there is a lot of pressure to fly cheaper but less direct routes, esp into the US.

So in general terms, the Bronze looks to be a welcome addition to the mix - I have mostly been BC since it's inception - and my loyalty has been stretched on more than one occassion as I have seen the BC benefits eroded.
