Assuming my premise re use of little grey cells is correct one can only assume that the answer is "not many"!

As a USA based AA customer, I'm actually looking forward to the intra-European flights out of terminal 3. I'm not sure I'd be comfortable making an 80 minute connection BOS-LHR-WAW if I had to leave terminal 3.
BA has a lot of partners in terminal 3, they may be moving flights there to support those connections.
On the other hand I'm flying BA for all 4 segments BOS-LHR-ATH in November to avoid a connection between terminals, so they may be losing some passengers by helping partner connections.
