PHX - No they haven't changed since 2009, I find their service to be average, but if you want something good, you have to ask for it. Typically I find the standard Camry, and occasionally an upgrade to a Grand Marquis.

MCO - +++++ I have always been given good cars here.

TPA - +- Hit or miss.

MCI - +- I haven't had any problems here, the people are decent and I've got brand new cars a few times by asking. I've also got a couple dogs.

BDL - ++++ Rented three weeks in a row, three upgrades in a row. Town Car, Tahoe, and Caravan (ha!)
