With the hotel being so close to Syntagma Square I am concerned regarding my upcoming stay. Hopefully the protests will die down but current reports say they are the largest they have been.

I wrote to the hotel (e-mail) asking about current transportation to/from the airport to the hotel and if they felt it is safe to stay there but have had no response.

Anyone there now (or in the vicinity?)
