I posted this on the Dining Forum but got no replies and I was wondering if anyone here could help. Please forgive me in advance for a seemingly inappropriate post.

Have a weekend in Singapore coming up in a few weeks and would like some advice on where to find a nice Sunday Champagen Brunch. Looked in the web and noticed the Fullarton and the Hyatt seemed promising. Anybody have any suggestions?

Hi there

I agree with the suggestions above

However, my personal choice is for the Hyatt...

Only been to the Ritz-Carlton once, and was disappointed that they do their brunch in two sittings.. The Hyatt is one sitting, starting at 11:45/noon, and finishing around 2:45, (last pour)... I think this is VERY good value for money... S$75+++

Hope this helps

Cheers

Mike
