I think there's been an unecessary amount of negativity from some posters towards BA's intentions with this. If I was Nicci I'd have lost my temper with some of our ruder members some time ago.

Just wanted to say I think you have the patience of a saint Nicci, and I for one am grateful for your efforts to answer all our questions.
