Guess I'll spew about ORD staff here. My last trip, with the knowledge of FlyerTalk, I went to ORD counter to ask them to put a First Class tag on my other luggage (one has it and one doesn't.) At first the agent (who is clearly hired like 2 days ago, with no knowledge of anything but somehow she's staffed at First Class counter) wouldn't do it, until I insisted and she told the supervisor. The supervisor promptly took down my luggage tag numbers and promised to at least try, which I told him no biggie if it's too much trouble, don't worry about it.
Well, when the luggage came out (almost last) at HKG both luggages have no tags. They have cut off the one luggage with the First Class tag.....
