It was the Hotel Saskatchewan (now part of the Radisson chain). I don't recall who it belonged to when I stayed there. Here is a link to the happenings there.

Re the Equinox in Vermont. We have stayed there a number of times and have encountered nothing though I am now somewhat leary, and especially in the oldest wing of the hotel. The last time that we were there I asked the bellhop if the hotel was haunted and he went on to describe a number of strange occurences that had happened there. We are there again next week so I will keep my eyes CLOSED - if I hear anything.
