As posted in other threads, the best I can think of is to call an SQ agent and tell them to register your UA number under the FQTV code in the reservation and your KrisFlyer number under the FQTS code.
If you are in a hurry and a check-in agent doesn't have any idea, I would suggest that you just ask them to register your UA number only.
I have never had any difficulty getting retroactive PPS credit by calling SQ after a flight.
But I have had a tremendous difficulty moving FQTV (mile) credit from my SQ to LH account when SQ mistakenly posted them to my KrisFlyer account when I wanted them for my LH account.</font>
Excellent advice. I've had a terrible time getting miles transferred out of Krisflyer to UA when it was entirely SQ's fault that they didn't follow my instructions. It's the only poor customer service experience I've had with SQ (happened twice).
