The intent behind a staggered communications release really was very genuinely to ensure that the least to the most engaged member in the programme could keep up with the amount of change that we are making to the Club.

I wholeheartedly appreciate that the members on this forum could easily absorb all of the changes in one email but in recognition of the fact all of the changes will mean different things to different members, we really did want everyone to be given the chance to receive and absorb the information we were sending to the community. The private mails I am receiving are a case in point, some people understand instantly - others need a little more guidance.

I want to take this opportunity to thank you all for your patience and I hope this goes a little way to helping you understand our approach.
