I used Bali Concierge at the beginning of the month. Booked the service on the website and received an email confirmation. I was particularly impressed that they were able to respond when I emailed that I got rebooked on a flight getting in 8 hours earlier with 20 hours notice, and they were waiting for me at my new flight time.

The concierge met me at the entrance to the arrival hall with a sign with my name, took my $25, and went to buy my visa. Then he escorted me around immigration to the baggage claim, where I waited while he backtracked for my stamp. I claimed my bags, he caught up to me and escorted me through customs and out to my hotel car.

It certainly wasn't a situation I couldn't have navigated myself, and maybe it would have only taken a few minutes longer (my new flight didn't have a lot of other arrivals at the same time), but it sure was more relaxing with the service. It would have been really, really nice had it been busy, and there was peace of mind from knowing it didn't matter.
