Did you use priority security (if eligible) and if so, was it quick and efficient? USED PRIORITY. SECURITY MADE ME EMPTY ALL OF MY TOILETRIES AND PUT THEM INTO THEIR BAG. NEVER HAD TO DO THIS BEFORE. WHEN I ASKED IF THIS WAS A NEW PROCEDURE THEY SAID NO.

Onboard - Y cabin:
Were the crew professional & well groomed? NOT PROFESSIONAL. ONE FLIGHT ATTENDENT WAS EXTREMELY RUDE TO AN ASIAN GENTLEMAN THAT NEEDED TO USE THE BATHROOM. HE WAS TOLD TO 'SIT DOWN' UNTIL THEY PASSED HIS ROW. WHEN HE CAME BACK FROM THE BATHROOM AGAIN THE SAME FLIGHT ATTENDENT SUMMONED HIM TO THE BACK OF THE PLANE UNTIL SHE WAS DONE. DURING ONBOARD CAFE, HER AND HER COLLEAGUE WERE ALSO TALKING ABOUT AN ASIA RUN THAT THEY HAD DONE AND HOW THE 'ASIANS' WERE RUDE. I FOUND HER TO BE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAD NO RESPECT FOR THE PASSENGERS.

THERE WAS A MECHANICAL PROBLEM WITH GETTING THE BRIDGE TO THE DOOR OF THE PLANE. WE WERE DELAYED ON THE PLANE FOR APPROXIMATELLY 20 MINUTES.
