I had the Lobster Thermidor out of LAX, and it was wonderful....so good that i called to order it coming back out of SIN. Hard to believe that it was the same dish. Wouldn't order it out of SIN, but should be ok out of EWR.
Five-Spice Chilean Sea Bass was also very good...and i liked the Singapore Chicken Rice out of SIN.
