Hi Jag. Im on this flight this evening. I ordered the Lobster, will tell you guys about it tomorrow during my AMS layover.
I find its always a good idea to book the cook, in my experience you can still have whats on the menu if you like.
I also like to go with the local specialties, Ive ordered Asian fare for my flights that depart SIN. In any event, I think that even despite the recent cutbacks, SQ's catering is still one of the finest at 35,000 feet.
