Book the Cook : EWR-SIN
Hi...
Could use some of you frequent flyers assistance in the Book the cook options on SQ. I'm flying First EWR-SIN on Monday.
Should I even bother with the Book the cook, I have heard SQ food is pretty good.
I certainly would like to try the Lobster Thermidor- From where is it best ? EWR or AMS or SIN ?
EWR-AMS: Which would you recommend ?
• Lobster Thermidor with buttered asparagus, slow roasted vine-ripened tomato and saffron rice
• Pan-fried fillet of beef in three peppercorn sauce with garden vegetables and roasted potatoes
• Baked Chilean bass in Oriental XO sauce with selected vegetables and fried rice
AMS-SIN:
• Fillet steak in green peppercorn sauce with ratatouille and duchess potatoes
• Lobster Thermidor with buttered asparagus, slow roasted vine-ripened tomato and saffron rice
• Seared NZ lamb chops in sage jus with roasted vegetables and potatoes
EX-SIN:
Are the local specialities any good ? I am having lunch at the airport so could try some local stuff there.
