A Lufthansa Airbus A320-200, registration D-AIQD performing flight LH-1110 from Frankfurt/Main (Germany) to Madrid,SP (Spain) with 85 passengers and 6 crew, was enroute at FL370 about 80nm southwest of Zurich (Switzerland) when the crew diverted the aircraft to Zurich due to an acrid smell in a galley. The aircraft landed safely on Zurich's runway 14 about 25 minutes later and after a brief stop taxied to the apron. Three flight attendants were taken to hospital with respiratory problems.
