I was studying the SQ/VS RTW option sometime back.Is the order of the cities important? If not, you maybe able to do this :
BKK-SIN SQ
SIN-LHR SQ
LHR-SFO VS
SFO-HKG SQ
HKG-SIN SQ
SIN-BKK SQ
CPH will have to be a side trip, unless VS has a codeshare that is permitted with the SQ/VS RTW fare. I recall that you are allowed to transit in any city once only, so since you are going thru SIN twice, one may need to be a stopover, while the other transit. You may want to get intouch with your TA to confirm.
