This is quite do-able if you want to get to BHO a few hours earlier. If that's not an issue, via HYD or MAA should be similar. In MAA, the terminals are separate, but next to each other (walkable). In HYD, the terminals are connected. After immigration & customs, you can follow the signs for domestic connections.

I thought only 9W was doing this. Which other carriers are adopting this policy?
