This is quite do-able if you want to get to BHO a few hours earlier. If that's not an issue, via HYD or MAA should be similar. In MAA, the terminals are separate, but next to each other (walkable). In HYD, the terminals are connected. After immigration & customs, you can follow the signs for domestic connections.
