I travel with the Purex laundry sheets. I cut each sheet in 2 pieces and use one to do hand laundry. Works every time and no issues with the TSA.
Love Purex 3-in-1 sheets, though I find a 1/3 of a sheet is plenty for hand washing in the sink. I also have a ton of sink size packs of liquid Tide. They come in strips of three for ~$1.29 at Wags, Rite Aid or Target.
