I'm new to US Air and was wondering if they ever offer thier credit card without an annual fee ?

The best deal I see now (No balance to transfer) is 30K after a $750 spend an an $89 annual fee. Do they ever up that 30K offer without a balance transfer ?

The route I want to fly is MSP/HVN and it looks like it's 40K miles minimum.
