And now we can add Hyatt Tampa to this list of distinguished properties who screw up the benefits!

I was told "tip included" at check in-just add in a "normal amount" and it will be taken care of.

Went to check out-Bill on day 1 was $22.15-tipped $3, charged $1.42. Bill on day 2 was $14.53-tipped $3, charged $1.58.

At check-out I was told "we only cover 15%". Fine-I asked the GM to call me with the % of tip I left. Have yet to hear from him/her!

OT-this was a HORRIBLE stay-will post in the master thread.
