I've started making "green monster" smoothies in the morning. While it sounds strange, it tastes great & helps get me going. Recipes vary from person to person, but mine typically includes:
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1/2 scoop of protein powder
1/2 scoop of Trader Joe's Super Green Drink powder
1 heaping spoonful of ground flaxseed
1 spoonful of almond butter
1/2 banana*
Couple handfuls of blueberries (maybe 3/4 cup?)*
2 big handfuls of spinach
* Frozen, if possible, in which case I'll also add a splash of water. If they're not frozen, I'll add a few ice cubes
Blend it all together & you have a terrific meal.
