It will be amazing. I would spend three nights at each of these four to fully enjoy each one and it's atmosphere. And use kila for when you arrive or before/after wana depending in flights. I would start at jiwo, then go (via kila) to wana, then Dari and kila in the end.

Stopping over in S'pore is good to get over some of the jetlag .
Then Jiwo. I would fly back to SIN & transit to DPS on SQ rather than do a domestic flight. It's a short hop anyway to/from SIN.
Then stay at Dari then at Nusa before Wana .
Finale at Kila - perhaps more days set aside for Jiwo & Kila. For me, min at Dari - as rather not be woken up by crowing cockerels ( less by barking dogs) - as one will be anyway in that part of Bali.
For Kila, if you can consider staying at one of the suites - even Amankila Suite if you wish though you shouldn't need 2 ' rooms '

Or you may wish to move to try another one mid-way just for the different ' views ' ..
Email Chrissie or Tracy or any of the GMS who will be only to happy to assist.
I will stay at Amans & visit others perhaps for a drink/snack .Como/FS Sayan for architecture & such - if you really have to leave or can bear to leave the idyllic calm at the Amans .
( bear in mind tho' that there's much construction going on in the Nusa area - but you will likely not hear any noise at Amanusa , only see cranes - & when on the beach, the crashing waves will drown anything else ! )
