I would love to hear more about your usage patterns. How often did you visit a club when you had the lifetime membership, how often would you bring a guest, did you have guests with you when they confiscated the card, and so forth. If they are willy-nilly taking cards away because they "think" you go too often, that's pretty scary but also a good heads up, as my Mister has Amex Plat and we usually enter the clubs on my US membership but we can use his card now and then to not get anyone's feathers ruffled. It may be just my cynical nature but when a first-time poster reports such a bizzare incident, I just crave more facts!
