good lord,as a frequent visitor to Istanbul,I'd say it's got an awfull Ritz Carlton.
Terrible location too,on the side of a busy hilly road next to a rubbish filled park.
The four seasons bosphorus is way ahead of cirigan palace in terms of service and ambience but both are better in summer weather for their water front location.
In winter its the four seasons sultanhamet by a long shot.
