True, but my HTA (Human Travel Agent) tends to take quite a high fee, and this has applied to many HTAs I've used in the past.
And I have never succeeded when booking with HTAs to get my PPB points, I always had to put them by hand, whereas they go automatically if the flight is booked through the website
