There is a lot of reference to "coupons" -- after looking around the website, I believe the "coupon" is not different for each place, the coupon is the card you get or print out.

There is a large list of places participating and at virtually all of them that I checked out, the card either gets you some unspecified, likely trivial, souvenir or a typical Japanese-style insignificant discount of a few percent or Y100.

The program runs from Sept 1, 2011, through Feb 29, 2012. The only discount I saw that amounted to anything was a discount of Y900 on bookings done at the Odakyu tourist service (i.e, Hakone free pass), but even that was time limited -- it only applies to Dec 1 - Feb 29.
