We are all sticking to the T&C. What I (and perhaps other FTers) am complaining about the BRG is:

1. it takes ages to adjust the rate
2. T&C is written very poorly
3. IHG changed the T&C within 2 weeks without making it more clear
4. IHG doesn't have the authority to adjust the rate, so in some cases people will have to get IHG to reimburse the cost of stay.
I am just saying that changing the T&C from 7 days to 30 days is probably to combat this "abuse", which yes, i meant taking advantage of this. I know a majority of the people do not take advantage of it, but for those select few that do, that is why they needed to change the terms. For the most part, the BRG for IHG is still new so I do not expect it to be perfect yet, and I know they have not been on top of answering our questions, but so far I have had no problems at all which is why I shared my positive experience.
